A big hello from Cake and our Project Management Team. Another week in the agile world and the fourteenth edition and final edition for 2016 of “This Week in #Agile”. Our PM team continues to scour the web and read through your blogs and articles. Here are handful of articles that we found to be most interesting and that we would like to share with you today, along with our brief thoughts on them.

Rishi explains the key elements of a sprint retrospective and the importance of everyone, including the team, product owner, and ScrumMaster having a chance to air their opinions.

Chris's article briefly explains the virtues of co-located teams and then highlights the importance of clear communication and adopting the agile culture when working with distributed teams.

In this article Mike defines project risk and looks at some of the sources of such risks.

Harry Hall's article on Business Analyst & Project Manager: What’s the Real Difference?

Harry discusses for smaller projects how one person (a BA or PM) can manage a project and perform the role of the requirements analyst and the importance of ensuring separation of these BA & PM roles for larger projects.
