Guy Remond brings over fourteen years of business experience to Cake Solutions. Guy has been pivotal to the company’s success securing clients such as UKTI (part of the DTI), the NES group and NUS Services.

Guy sits on the local Variety Club of Great Britain committee where plans for fund raising events are discussed and organised and applications for funding are considered. Cake has been updating the current Variety Club North West website adding an events section and making the site more search engine friendly. The next stage is to give the website an e-commerce section where the public can book and pay for Variety Club events. Cake also supports the Prostate Cancer Support Association PSA and looks after its website.

Jan's role as Lead Developer sees him at the centre of all implementation-level details in all projects. In particular, Jan is often called upon to work on some of the most complex and challenging aspects of a system. Since joining Cake, Jan has proven his expertise in both Java and Microsoft .NET not only by taking on a wide variety of highly complex projects but also through his collection of published works covering both topics. Jan is also a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer.

Jan graduated in Computer Science from the University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. Prior to joining Cake Solutions Jan worked as a network administrator and programmer in Prague and has much experience in Internet and installation technologies.

Aleksa Vukotic comes from Uzice, Serbia & Montenegro, and has graduated from Belgrade University with a degree in electronics and computer engineering. He began his career working in the mobile phone applications industry in Serbia, and joined Cake Solutions in 2004. Aleksa’s business acumen and ability to understand clients’ needs make him an essential member of the Cake Solution’s team. As well as his interest in Java and .NET platforms, Aleksa enjoys sports, music and nights out. Aleksa works with Jan on all our major projects.
