Graduate Prospects - an agile convert

Cake is delighted to be working with Graduate Prospects based in Manchester. Graduate Prospects is the UK's leading provider of information, advice and opportunities to students and graduates via its website www.prospects.ac.uk. Cake is working with the Graduate Prospect team helping them move to an agile software development process. We have updated the software development platform to ensure the best of breed tools are being used. We have set up a balanced agile team which includes two of the Cake development team. We have also provided a Scrum Master as well as an experienced agile mentor who will ensure the correct processes are being used. Over time as the team becomes more experienced Cake will gradually reduce its support until the Graduate Prospect team can develop software using the agile processes we have set up on their own.
