The Open Source Journal (OSJ) is born!

Cake has teamed up with Cake has teamed up with Hays Information Technology and Skills Matter to produce the first edition of the Open Source Journal (OSJ). 5,000 copies of the journal will be produced featuring articles by respected thought leaders as well as members of the community on a wide variety of Open Source topics ranging from the Cloud to Druples. The printed OSJ will be complemented by the Open Source Central website, where full PDF's of the articles will be available for download. The OSJ will be distributed by Skills Matter at their events and user groups as well as other user groups around the country. The first journal will be ready by the end of November. The plan is to produce the printed journal quarterly and grow the on-line journal with articles submitted by the community. More information on this project will be added as its available.
